　　2.如果乙方未按时支付土地出让金，甲方有权解除本合同并要求乙方作出违约赔偿，但解除本合同和要求赔偿前，甲方应向乙方发出该方未如期支付土地出让金的通知，且给予乙方自收到甲方通知后30天内时间改正其违约行为。
